• Serving customers by selling services; meeting customer needs and resolving problems
• Identifying new or under-developed cargo sales opportunities between the Miami and Latin America markets
• Strategizing and developing two-way e-commerce, fulfillment, and wholesale mail and parcel distribution sales
• Developing specialty Luxury Airline Transport to worldwide destinations.
• Calling leads and prospects in order to generate new accounts
• Calling current customers in order to expand sales
• Arranging and attending appointments with potential and existing customers
• Entering customer data into internal web applications and data bases
• Compiling leads and prospects through internet and other research
• Analyzing customer freight activity, offering appropriate pricing agreements
• Assisting with the monitoring and progress of international and domestic shipments,
from pick-up at customer origin to destination agent or consignee
• agent engagement and support, including receiving and initiating phone calls and email communication
• Generating activity reports and reporting sales to management
