Marketing procurement, "ALL IN ONE Employment Services" is looking for a Media Marketing Buyer to start immediately with one of the Greatest Hospitality companies.


 


.Media: Strategy, Planning, Buying & Account Management
• Defines NAM media buy strategy based on marketing calendar, countries business goals and challenges
• Manages NAM display campaigns from strategy to implementation and ongoing monitoring
• Manages NAM search strategy and performance
• Manages and challenges NAM online media performance agency
• Manages NAM performance-based partners with Global team (Trip Advisor metasearch, GHA metasearch, etc…)
• Contribute to managing media budgets for all NAM countries


 Creative & Coordination
• Coordinates search and display campaigns with local countries: aligns with country business goals and challenges, briefs local contacts for translations
• Manages local creative agencies for all NAM countries, to deliver the creative material needed for media campaigns ( social ads, copy, banners, images, etc)
• Responsible for all NAM media campaigns implementation from coordinating the creative assets, to implementation with the performance agency
• Facilitate the workflow for daily & weekly tasks for partner agencies
• Responsible for in house assets creation (DCO, display ads, …)


 Data Analysis
• Responsible for media reporting creation and analysis
• Monitors and shares dashboards, KPIs, results and analysis
• Tests analyzes and optimizes display & search campaigns on an ongoing basis
• Responsible for quality of tracking, tagging and data
• Manages analytics tools ecosystem (Google, Freespee…)





Required Qualifications :
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• 4+ years’ experience in digital advertising and media buy (Google Ads, Facebook Manager)
• Strong analytical thinking, and experience working with web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics
• Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Ability to work in an environment of fast-paced change while maintaining focus
• Demonstrated presentation and writing skills
• Demonstrates a strong ability to contribute to the business along with business unit team members and managers; establish collaborative relationships with peers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize, prioritize and multitask
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields a plus
• English language
