 Bilingual Office Assistant


Provides administrative support for a Food Storage Company. Processing requisitions, reviewing and processing invoices for payment, scheduling deliveries and pickups, preparing reports, and coordinating special projects; performs general office duties including filing and answering phones. Provides assistance with fixed asset management activities including data entry, inventory, and disposal of fixed assets; conducts asset research; provides necessary inventory reports for warehouse and accounting departments. 
Required Qualifications :
Bilingual English- Spanish, Quickbooks Inventory Knowledge, Data Entry and assisting working experience.
