Position Overview: We are seeking an entry-to-junior- Accounting Assistant / Operations Associate to join our on-site team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales channels, focusing on tasks such as creating credit memos, invoicing, data entry, and managing vendor accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, exceptional punctuality and attendance record, and the ability to follow directions accurately. While the role requires the capability to work independently, teamwork is essential to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage credit memos, invoices, and other financial documents with precision and timeliness.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining the integrity of our records.
- Collaborate with vendors to maintain strong relationships and manage accounts effectively.
- Utilize Excel/Google Sheets proficiency to analyze data and generate reports as required.
- Assist in managing inventory using Sellercloud or similar inventory management software.
- Provide occasional support to other departments, particularly in e-commerce and customer service functions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a similar role or internship is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is essential; familiarity with formulas and data manipulation is preferred.
- Experience with Sellercloud or comparable inventory management software is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
