ALL IN ONE Employment Services is Recruiting a Benefits Specialist for a great company within the Hospitality Industry in Miami.

Part of Duties and responsibilities are:

• Participates in benefit design projects.
• Insures compliance with benefit plan and compensation statutes and regulations.
• Benefit invoice reconciliation and processing
• COBRA processing
• Plan Administrator for Worker’s Compensation
• Plan Administrator
• Trains, delegates, motivate, and assesses. Responsible for developing resolutions to automate and consolidate many Coordination tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors and staff
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary

 

Requirements	Workday experience heavily preferred.
