• Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and coordinating shipments.


• Ensure accuracy in tracking and reporting logistics data, while adhering to industry-specific guidelines.


• Communicate effectively with team members and clients in both English and Spanish, providing exceptional customer service.


• Support the logistics department with additional duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
