Job Description: As an e-commerce listing Specialist with RMA experience, you will play a crucial role in managing our online product listings and ensuring a smooth returns process for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Product Listing Optimization:

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).

• Write compelling product descriptions, titles, and bullet points to enhance product visibility and sales conversion.

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product rankings.

RMA Handling:

• Manage the end-to-end RMA process, including initiating returns, issuing return labels, and processing refunds or replacements.

• Communicate with customers to provide support and assistance throughout the returns process, ensuring a positive experience.

• Analyze RMA data to identify trends, product issues, or areas for improvement in the returns process.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform pricing, promotions, and product strategies.

• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, return rates) and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (2 years) in e-commerce listing management, preferably in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Shopify, etc.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research tools.

Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Experience with RMA processes and familiarity with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.
