Job Description :
seasoned Electronic Health Records, Practice Management and/or Revenue Cycle Management sales professional and will be responsible for achieving revenue objectives through the sale of our award winning, dually certified Clinical Automation Systems to physician practices. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing the Sales Manager must have experience in building and managing a diverse team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities

● Sell EHR/EMR software to private practices.
● Identify and execute improvements in sales processes and practices.
● Assist in recruiting and training new sales professionals.
● Manage sales team including evaluations, schedules and reporting to HR as necessary.
● Plan, execute and manage entire sales cycle from start to close.
● Be able to present and demonstrate software solutions
● Identify and qualify sales prospects and business opportunities.
● Keep all prospective and existing client profiles up to date.
● Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
● Develop individual sales plans that include customized strategic and tactical approaches to drive market success.
● Cultivate relationships with new and prospective customers by building credibility and trust.
● Assist Sales Team in navigating from initial opportunity to close.
● Assist Sales Team in achieving quota’s as set forth by the company.
● Achieve personal quota’s as set forth by the company.
● Evaluate customer needs, develop and recommend solutions using a consultative approach.
● Collaborate with and communicate the needs of the Sales Team to Marketing and PR team to ensure coherent and consistent messaging to customers and prospects.
● Assist in developing marketing materials targeting the HIT market and its end users.
● Maintains industry and product knowledge.
● Other duties as defined in the normal course of business.
Required Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for this position must have/be:

● Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related concentration required.
● 5+ Years of Sales Team Management, Training and Business Development experience
● 3+ years of experience in Electronic Health Records, Practice Management and/or Revenue Cycle Management Sales
● Experience in building relationships with enterprise level clients and developing strategic partnerships
● Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills
● Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
● Able to succeed in a competitive environment
● Willing to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
● Proven ability to achieve sales quotas while managing a sales team.
● Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must.
● Must be able to work from our Miami, Fl office.
