Our company is a boutique commercial real estate firm located in North Miami Beach, Florida. focusing on income-producing commercial properties, retail, office, industrial, and multifamily with no lower than 70% occupancy, stable NOI's and feasibility of mid to long term leases. Our expertise is buying properties in special sales events at high cap rates and either flipping them for lower cap rates in a short period.
-Evaluated financial statements, including profit and loss (P&L), income statement, tax returns, rent rolls, and balance sheets.
-Examined property leases, property tax bills, and other real estate and credit documents.

Must be highly organized and detail-oriented

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Microsoft Excel
Ability to handle sensitive material and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
