Candidate is responsible for overseeing the External Financial Reporting function. He or she is responsible for implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls that will ensure that all financial statements are consolidated and prepared in compliance with the Company’s financial policies, SEC requirements and US GAAP, and filed externally consistent with SEC requirements.
