About the Role:
ALL IN ONE Employment Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Wholesale Floral Sales Executive for a full-time, permanent opportunity with one of our premier clients—a well-established floral wholesaler. This position is ideal for a sales professional passionate about flowers, customer relationships, and business development within the floral industry.




Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage and grow a book of wholesale floral clients with a strong focus on long-term relationship building




  • Present seasonal offerings and floral solutions to mass market retailers, event planners, and independent floral buyers




  • Develop strategic sales plans to expand accounts and meet revenue targets




  • Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment




  • Attend trade shows and maintain a pulse on floral market trends

Required Qualifications :

Qualifications:




  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in floral, perishables, or mass-market distribution




  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships




  • Strong negotiation and communication skills




  • Fluent in English and Spanish preferred




  • Knowledge of wholesale floral markets and seasonal trends a plus
