Healthcare Software Sales
We are seeking a skilled, personable, experienced, and target-driven Healthcare Software Sales Executive. This role will offer the successful candidate the ability to not only grow, but forge the Sales efforts in this key market.
Company develops and provides software for all aspects of hospital and clinic optimization – Patient Flow Management (PFM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Project Management (BPM):
1. Advantage appointment scheduling software for all hospital departments – operation room and clinics, including all resource management.
2. Patient Flow Management (PFM) Software that manages every aspect and transaction with the patient and optimizes the patient flow.
3. Business Process Management (BPM) Software that lets you orchestrate processes across multiple information systems using task-management tools.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software that is specialized for hospitals and healthcare.
Company uses a variety of tools with which to sell and present our solutions. The successful candidate must be able to master all these avenues, be it face-to-face, online, or on the phone. Strong and proven documentation and spoken language skills are a must.
The Healthcare Software Sales Executive will be expected to study Company’s success in healthcare markets overseas and adjust the solution strategy to US market requirements and replicate the success. Working on RFPs and RFIs, analyzing clients' business requirements, and performing in-depth studies of hospitals' patient experience challenges, will be part of the compliment of tasks associated with the role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Forge the sales effort by creating connections and establishing company value proposition to the healthcare market in general, and hospitals in particular.
· Develop and maintain the network of resellers and integrators for the healthcare market.
· Act as internal knowledge manager of the US healthcare market, contributing to the development of the product and marketing communications.
· Perform customer needs assessments, evaluate operational benefits of solutions, and convey benefits and gains to customers.
· Develop detailed solutions using customer process and data flows.
· Design and deliver product/solution presentations to both current and potential customers.
· Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
· Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts.
· Develop and maintain a complete customer database.
· Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
· Respond to functional and technical questions regarding our software and solutions.
· Demonstrate an in-depth understanding and knowledge of company products, functions, features, and benefits.
· Manage customer relationships by providing stellar customer service and maintaining effective communication.
· Carry out market research and surveys and prepare reports for head office.
· Meet regular sales targets, of both direct sales and channel partners, and coordinate sales projects.
· Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
· Identify and participate in trade-shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
· Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
· Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
· Monitor competitors, market conditions, and trends.
· Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
Required Education & Experience:
· Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
· Knowledge of basic business principles
· Minimum 5 years of experience in software solutions sales in the healthcare market, preferably working with large hospitals
· Good overall knowledge of healthcare practices, understanding of hospital management and medical processes
· Strong and proven experience in client presentations
· Proven ability to achieve sales targets
· Proficiency in healthcare IT systems e.g. EHR, patient flow management
· Experience with RFPs and RFIs
· Formal qualifications in Computer Science, software engineering, or systems analysis
· Experience in programming or IT project management – an advantage
Compensation is $120-$150K plus commissions and bonuses with the potential to bring it up to $250K.
