Job Description :
ALL IN ONE Employment Services is seeking a Bilingual Immigration Legal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our immigration attorneys, communicating with clients, and assisting with the preparation and filing of immigration petitions.

Job Responsibilities:


- Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of immigration petitions, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status applications, and naturalization applications
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to request necessary documents and information, and to provide updates on the status of their case
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and case management system
- Prepare and submit government forms and applications, including FOIA requests, and follow up on their progress
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, such as affidavits, letters, and legal briefs
- Translate documents from Spanish to English and vice versa
- Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys or office managers


Job Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience as an immigration legal assistant or paralegal
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
