Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues related to industrial valves and related materials.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, vendors, and our company, leveraging both customer service expertise and technical knowledge to assist with product-related inquiries.
- Support sales efforts by promoting products and services to existing customers, generating sales leads, and making recommendations based on thorough analyses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, create purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and file documents to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist directors by preparing technical and commercial quotes for bidding processes and projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably within the industrial or related industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) and QuickBooks.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Ability to assist with general office duties as needed.
