In this role, you will be speaking with customers about our services but most important is your ability to connect with customers in a way that generates positive client relations. Training Will be Provided Working hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri. Responsibilities and requirements include: - Advanced problem solving along with refined sales techniques. - Ability to listen and elicit information efficiently - 6+ months of sales or customer service experience - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is a MUST - Strong PC skills including ability to troubleshoot common problems and navigate the Internet - Excellent organizational and time-management skills
