ALL IN ONE Employment Services is looking for a Life Insurance Manager to Manage the Life Insurance line of business, its sales and growth goals and the management of Life Insurance contracted agents. To be able to perform their duties, this person needs to have all the technical knowledge about Life Insurance products, as well as experience in driving sales.

Responsibilities and duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
· Plan and execute the Life Insurance training schedule, both for agents and internal team
· Coordination and monitoring of all Life Insurance sales related initiatives
· Work closely with agents and agencies to develop and execute sales and growth strategies
· Work closely with the Commercial Team to develop and execute sales and growth strategies (Contracts)
· Develop and execute strategies to drive Life Insurance sales with agents and agencies from other lines of business
· Strategic relationship management with Life Insurance contracted agents, carriers, uplines, and stakeholders
· Track and report Life Insurance production periodically
