Job Description :

A Digital Marketing Analyst gathers and analyzes data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to maximize campaign profitability, build customer value, and revenue opportunities to drive business performance. Digital Marketing Analyst analyzes the performance of marketing efforts across AHS’s database and direct marketing in support of resident retention, and activation of marketing campaigns with a focus on competitive market analytics, engagement trends, customer behaviors, campaign effectiveness, and more for AHS’s portfolio. This individual will support and help define its required technology and toolset. As part of our team, you’ll work to implement analytics initiatives that move the business forward. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and AHS’s policies, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities:


 



  • Analyzes complex data sets and extracts key insights using various economic, financial, customer and marketing methodologies

  • Synthesizes data, insights, and consumer research to create presentations that make fact-based recommendations

  • Collaborates with the team to communicate recommended approaches to senior leaders, and anticipate the future needs of our customers

  • Performs ongoing analysis of segment and offer performance, Monitors campaign effectiveness

  • Identifies business requirements and collaborates with the team in pass-off of requirements for execution and BI / IT development

  • Develops analytics capabilities across aligned functional areas and properties

  • Reviews findings with and makes recommendations to the team

  • Balances new insight against current projects and continually seeks innovation through ongoing networking and research efforts

  • Perform other job-related duties as requested


Experience:



  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with business/quantitative focus, Desired

  • 2+ years conducting primary market research

  • Experience with statistical modeling
