Position Overview
As a Medical Equipment Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the company’s medical products and services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the medical equipment industry, a creative approach to digital and traditional marketing channels, and a proven track record of success in marketing medical technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales of medical equipment.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with product launches and promotional events.
- Coordinate and execute marketing collateral (brochures, product sheets, presentations, etc.) tailored to the needs of healthcare providers.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase products and build relationships within the healthcare sector.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the regulatory and compliance teams to ensure all marketing materials are in line with industry regulations and standards.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales teams regarding product features and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing medical equipment or healthcare-related products.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly medical equipment trends, regulations, and customer segments.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred due to Miami's diverse market.
