"ALL IN ONE Employment Services" is hiring an Export Coordinator to Assist the Traffic Manager with Documentation and Logistics, Prepare and ship all packages, Create purchase order for Foreign Suppliers, Communicate with Suppliers estimated shipment dates / continues follow up and system update. Maintain Purchase order report with updated shipment dates, Maintain Open Sales Quotes Report Weekly, Domestic / Foreign Invoicing.

Bilingual (English - Spanish) Excellent communication skills. Excellent Microsoft Office. Logistics Knowledge, Ocean Export working experience within the Freight Forward Industry.
