Job Description :
ALL IN ONE Employment Services is recruiting a paralegal to handles a wide variety of immigration cases, including but not limited to crime-based immigration petitions, family-based petitions, and asylum cases.
Responsibilities
Conduct intake consultations with new and prospective clients, Preparation of VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Self-Petitions and U Visa applications, including the writing of affidavits, preparation of necessary paperwork, organization of case files, Preparation of adjustment of status applications, naturalization applications, Provide assistance to attorneys on motions to the Board of Immigration Appeals, asylum applications (country research, writing of affidavit etc,etc..
Required Qualifications :
Spanish fluency required, Excellent written, oral and analytical skills, Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, internet research), Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently, College degree required or equivalent experience and training, Experience in immigration law
