Position Summary


ALL IN ONE Employment Services is hiring a Part-Time Logistics Coordinator for a well-established freight forwarder in Miami, FL. This on-site role is ideal for candidates with experience in Magaya software, ocean and air freight, and import/export coordination. You will work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure shipments are processed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with regulations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage import and export documentation for air and ocean shipments




  • Coordinate bookings with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses




  • Enter and update shipment data using Magaya cargo system




  • Track and trace shipments; update clients on transit status




  • Ensure all documentation is compliant with U.S. customs and international trade regulations




  • Assist with preparing bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and airway bills




  • Communicate with overseas agents, carriers, and internal departments




  • Support warehouse and dispatch coordination as needed





Requirements




  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations




  • Proficiency in Magaya software is required




  • Working knowledge of import/export procedures, INCOTERMS, and freight documentation




  • Experience with both air and ocean cargo handling




  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills




  • English required; Spanish is a plus




  • Must be able to work on-site in Miami part-time (schedule to be discussed)





Schedule & Compensation




  • Part-Time: Approx. 20–25 hours/week (flexible with business needs)
