Remote Wholesale Flower Sales Representative (Fresh-Cut Flowers)
Location: Work From Home (U.S. Based Preferred)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Sales Representative to join our wholesale floral distribution team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling fresh-cut flowers to florists, event planners, grocery chains, and wholesale flower markets. You will work from home, managing client relationships, processing orders, and helping customers find the right floral products for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B accounts in the floral industry.

Actively prospect for new wholesale clients (florists, wedding planners, event decorators, etc.).

Manage daily order flow of fresh-cut flowers with attention to availability, shipping schedules, and perishability.

Provide personalized service and product recommendations to clients based on seasonal trends, budgets, and event schedules.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of floral varieties, seasonal availability, and market pricing.

Coordinate with shipping and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in floral sales, wholesale flower distribution, or fresh-cut flower sourcing preferred.

Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 2 years), ideally in perishable goods or agriculture.

Strong customer service skills with excellent communication via phone, email, and video conferencing.

Highly organized and self-motivated; able to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Comfortable using CRM tools, online ordering platforms, and spreadsheets.

Passion for flowers and knowledge of floral varieties is a plus.
