Safety Supply and Equipment OR PPE SALES MANAGER

Dynamic, constructive and persistent, you will be a key-player for the implementation of our company business model in USA.

Your responsibilities:

1. Business developer: You are responsible for prospecting, developing, and maintaining the customer portfolio. Company growth is your priority and you guarantee customers’ satisfaction. You identify decision makers, key accounts, and occupational health agencies. You are an active player of the company’s strategy definition and tactics implementation. You setup goals and follow-up the activities for a team of Sales Developers and Hearing Conservationists. You like challenges, you are results and performance oriented. You are reliable and trustworthy.

2. Manager: You manage and lead a sales team in charge of promoting and marketing Company solutions. You identify training needs and you are responsible for your team success and development.

3. Coach/Trainer: you organize and supervise training activities for your staff as well as for Company customers. You will be trained and you will be provided with tools designed for that purpose.

4. Ear impression (molds) taking Expert: Ear impression taking is a key point to manufacture customized hearing protections devices. When joining the company, you will be provided with comprehensive training to allow you master the techniques in compliance with Company Quality Protocol and the British Society of Audiology.

Required Qualifications :

Your qualifications / skills:

  • BachelorDegree (MBApreferred)

  • 7 years of experience in sales management.

  • At least 5 years of experience in the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) industry

  • Excellent understanding of the safety industry

  • Good CRM skills (Salesforce preferred)

  • Good closing skills

  • A positive attitude

  • Results oriented

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
