ALL IN ONE Employment Services is looking for an experienced Shipping Clerk to manage daily shipping and distribution operations. You will be responsible to ensure orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner. A successful Shipping Clerk is analytical, well-organized and excels in communication. They must be comfortable with paperwork and information systems and have knowledge of shipping procedures.

Responsibilities

· Use UPS software for preparing shipments and tracking

· Manage all shipping and receiving documents

· Manage the flow of packages from receiving to shipment

· Manage in-house inventory

· Quality control of items received and shipped

· Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other staff to optimize processes

· Resolve issues regarding received and shipped orders

· Report to management on activities and issues

· Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed
