Key Responsibilities - Lead development teams in designing and implementing software solutions across multiple domains - Architect scalable solutions incorporating AI/ML, video processing, and computer vision - Oversee security practices and implementation of cybersecurity measures - Manage Agile/Scrum processes, sprint planning, and team velocity - Drive CI/CD implementation and best practices - Mentor team members and facilitate technical growth - Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmap 

 

Required Technical Skills - 7+ years software development experience - Proven expertise in full-stack development - Strong background in AI/ML implementation - Experience with video processing and computer vision - Advantage - Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices - Proficiency with modern CI/CD tools and practices 

 

Required Leadership Skills - 3+ years team leadership experience - Strong track record managing Agile/Scrum processes - Excellence in technical communication and documentation - Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, including remote teams - Experience with project estimation and resource planning Preferred 

 

Qualifications - Cloud platform expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Experience with distributed systems - Background in real-time video processing - Deep Security Understanding
